By downloading, installing, or using The FishingBuddy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The FishingBuddy is a fishing companion application that allows users to log fishing sessions, track gear, access AI-powered fishing advice, and connect with other anglers. The App includes both free and premium subscription features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Premium Subscription
The FishingBuddy offers a Premium subscription that provides access to additional features including unlimited venue viewing, enhanced AI advice, and priority support. Premium access is granted upon payment and approval by the administrator. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including fishing session data, photos, and personal information. By submitting content, you grant The FishingBuddy a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; (e) harass or harm other users.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The FishingBuddy does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. AI-generated fishing advice is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional guidance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The FishingBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
