End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License
The FishingBuddy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) rent, lease, or sublicense the App; (d) use the App for commercial purposes without written permission; (e) remove any proprietary notices from the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by The FishingBuddy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The FishingBuddy name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of The FishingBuddy.
4. Updates and Modifications
The FishingBuddy may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. You agree to install updates as they become available. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. The FishingBuddy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, or Facebook for authentication, and payment processors for premium subscriptions). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. AI Features
The "Ask my Buddy" AI feature provides fishing advice generated by artificial intelligence. This advice is for informational and entertainment purposes only. The FishingBuddy does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI advice.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE FISHINGBUDDY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FISHINGBUDDY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE FISHINGBUDDY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
